The report presented the outcome of the Management Team's review of the Building Repairs Reserve Expenditure Plan to 2016/17 and gave details of the associated funding statement.
The Cabinet resolved that:
1) the overall BRREP six year plan to 2016/17 set out at Annex 1/1A of the report be endorsed;
2) the changes to commitments and additional expenditure in the 2011/12 BRREP shown at Annex 2 to the report be endorsed; and
3) the funding statement set out at Annex 3 to the report be noted.
Reasons: As set out in the report of the Central Services Director.
